This lamp is low energy consumption.

Mushroom floor lamp
by SIMON DUFF
EATGREEN DESIGN EXHIBITION

From all objects in EatGreen design exhibition, this lamp attracked my attention because of its unique design and the way this lamp placed on the floor. This lamp is also has a good reflection when its on. It has been designed for low energy consumption and mady by plaster composite.

Chest of drawers
by:Droog Design
INSPIRED:design across time

This drawer interest me because of its composition and unique appearance. And I think Droog Design has the original concept reflecting Droog's interest in reusing familiar objects.

ZONTIK
by: Karim Rashid
FormFunctionFabulous

One thing popped in my mind when i first saw ZONTIK "that must be Karim Rashid's". From its unsual form and the used of light and playful colour as the characteristics of his design. I like Zontik the most among another collection because the shape is unusual for umbrella stand that make this umbrella stand is much more than an "umbrella stand".

PORCINI CANOPY
by:Jaquie Hagan and Madeleine Potter
LAUNCH PAD

This eco-friendly standing lamp interested me because it looks natural and feminine from its appearance. The material used represent designer's concerned about nature, non-endangered timber and 100% pure new wool upholstery, which is both biodegradable and renewable.

MO:BEN heated lunch box
by:Alex Cheong
Australian International Design Awards

I chose this lunch box as the point of interest because it such an innovation of everyday product that might very useful. It also might be the answer of the person's demand to have lunch that feels like it's fresh from the oven.
